By using WAIcore (the "Service", at imgdb.io) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The service
WAIcore lets you upload images and share them through temporary links. Files are deleted automatically when the lifetime you choose expires, or kept until you remove them if you pick "lifetime". The Service is free and provided "as is".
2. Acceptable use
You are solely responsible for what you upload. You must not upload, share or link to content that:
- is illegal under any applicable law;
- depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - such content is reported to the authorities and access is blocked;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- contains malware or phishing, or attacks the Service or its users;
- incites violence, harassment or hatred.
Do not abuse the Service with mass automated uploads, attempts to bypass limits, or attacks on the infrastructure.
3. Content removal & abuse
We may remove any content and block access at our discretion, with or without notice, including on an abuse or copyright complaint. To report illegal content, abuse, or a copyright/DMCA issue, email abuse@waicore.com with the link and a description. Verified reports are handled promptly.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, that links stay accessible, or that files will not be lost. Always keep your own copies.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAIcore is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or content.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
